Anyone up for bringing in a new business partner or two this summer?
REAL business partners...people who can and know how to build independent sales income?
I have been talking to people in some different companies and their sales teams are growing!
Why? They are focused on RECRUITING. Plain and simple.
One guy I talked to said his partner has signed up 135 new distributors in 6 weeks. Yep.
Admittedly, a good percentage of those folks won’t stick. We know the statistics.
However there IS action out there. People are saying ‘yes’.
So, it seems like a good time to put our heads together and cook up some new recruiting action, Paragon Partner style.

Because I do know it is a process, there will be 3 main components to the series; 4 classes, 4 Punchlist presentations, 4 Role Playing sessions with performance coaching for everyone who signs up. Each class will be offered twice to accommodate day time and evening schedules. Plus, as Paragon Partners any phone interviews can be done on team lines. I’ll be available as usual for back up.

Classes will focus on:

1. Building – how to advertise and network to your cold market, and how to market to your existing data base
2. the Interview – in person, on the phone, individual and group presentation styles
3. the Decision – making it easy to say Yes & getting things rolling
4. Cultivation – keep them in, once they sign up, then what

Punchlist presentations – 7/5 6 pm ET, 7/8 8:30 pm ET, 7/17 11 am ET, 7/28 8:30 pm ET ( for class participants & new prospects ONLY)
